You bought a skin and now you want admin/mod after you try to become member. well that's non sense! Why didnt you just buy mod?
I'm gonna go with a -1 on this one due to the way its filled out and the way they act in game (immature,annoying,etc.) i would have them reapply after a week or so just to straighten out a bit and get known some more
